Mongata s.r.o. with its registered office at Plynární 1617/10, 170 00 Praha 7 Holešovice entered into the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 328252 under Identification no. 08960585 (referred to as "Mongata", "we" or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy policy (referred to as” Privacy Policy") describes how Mongata as a controller processes personal data. This policy applies to Mongata company web (www.mongata.eu) and public web presentation of Talk2amy (www.talk2amy.com). Client application of Talk2amy (client.talk2amy.com), has a dedicated Privacy Policy.

Key Principles of GDPR

The GDPR establishes principles the controllers and processors of personal data must comply with.

What personal data do we collect and why?

When you visit our websites, Mongata may collect information about you, which may include personal data (referred to as "Collected Data"). From the perspective of General Data Protection Regulation (referred to as "GDPR”), Mongata acts as the controller for the Collected Data, which means that Mongata decides what Collected Data is processed and why. Mongata may act as a processor in cases where you use the services of a consultation with a expert or if, on the instructions of the administrator, Mongata manages the Collected Data as part of technical support. In such cases, when it comes to the processing of your data, Mongata follows the basic principles and rules contained in this information.

    When you apply for an open position by filling out the application form, we may collect your (i) contact information, such as name, phone number, email address; and (ii) any other information contained in the resume that you submit to us.

    Subject to this Privacy Policy, we will use such data to evaluate you for the open position that you have applied for or any other position that we consider you suitable for at the time you submit your resume or at any later date. Unless you notify us otherwise by an e-mail to privacy@mongata.eu, we will retain such data for a period of 1 year for archival purposes.     For the purposes of evaluating you for an open position, you understand that we may internally rate you based on analysis of your resume and your information. If you do not wish to be rated by us, please do not provide us with your information.

  2. Cookies and similar technologies

    We and our third-party partners use cookies and similar technologies in analyzing trends, administering the website, tracking users’ movements around the site, and gathering demographic information about user base. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an aggregated and individual basis. In such cases - totally voluntary - Users are required to provide only data strictly necessary to handle their requests.

    As regards to the active data collection, we apply the following policy:

    • E-Mail: Data received by e-mails sent to websites are used to reply to requests only. This data is stored in order to (i) assess your needs to determine or suggest suitable product(s) and/or service(s); (ii) send you requested information about product(s) and/or service(s); (iii) respond to customer service requests, questions and other concerns; and (iv) for any analytical purposes.

    We may post your references/comments/reviews on our websites and our third-party partners, which may contain your personal data.   5. Marketing communications

    When you have agreed, we may use your e-mail address, collected as a part of Collected Data, to send you our newsletters and/or marketing communications about our product(s) and service(s). We may use your contact for utmost period of 2 years (see the section "Retention of personal data") from the time of your consent. What is our legal basis for processing personal data (EU)?

Our legal basis for collecting and using the personal data described above will depend on the personal data concerned and the specific context in which we collect it.

However, we will normally collect personal data from you only when we rely upon your consent, need the personal data to perform a contract with you, or when we need to comply with a legal obligation, when the processing is in our legitimate interests or when we are legally required to do so and not overridden by your data protection interests or fundamental rights and freedoms. Under GDPR you have specific rights regarding your personal data. If you seek to access, wish to correct, update, modify or delete personal data (referred to as a "Request"). Please submit a Request at privacy@mongata.eu. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Furthermore, you can object to processing of your Personal data, ask us to restrict processing of your personal data or object to portability of your personal data.

You have also the right to opt-out of marketing communications we send you.

You have the right to withdraw your consent with processing of personal data. Withdrawing of your consent will not affect lawfulness of any processing of personal data prior to your withdrawal, nor affect processing of your personal data conducted in reliance with lawful processing grounds other than consent.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority> about our collection and use of your personal data.

Retention of personal data

After satisfying your request we do not further process your Personal data. Personal data is retained for 2 years and afterwards deleted.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we will retain personal data collected as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, for litigation/defense purposes, maintain accurate financial and other records, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreement.
